Growing up is tough. There are more pitfalls for adolescents to fall into these days than ever before. Having a person who knows how to guide them through it all can be invaluable. I know how to balance the line between validating the hardships and challenging the clients negative thoughts.

I can provide foundational information on several nerdy topics and help point you in the right direction to re-contextualize certain behaviors and interests. We can work together on building an appropriate treatment plan.
