Growing up is tough. There are more pitfalls for adolescents to fall into these days than ever before. Having a person who knows how to guide them through it all can be invaluable. I know how to balance the line between validating the hardships and challenging the clients negative thoughts.

And now you are on a therapists website who is quoting the theme song for 'Friends.'Â Life has a funny way of not going the way we thought it would. My job is to figure out why and how you can get closer to the life you want.
